Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your moses basket purchase, you may return your merchandise within 15 days from date of receipt for a refund (less shipping cost).  All items must be returned in unused condition.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

NOTE: Custom made moses baskets are non-refundable.
